I further agree to hold harmless the Town of Pacolet, its agents, employees, volunteers, sponsors and the Pacolet River Fest Committee of any liability or wrongful act with regards to the Pacolet River Fest. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE PACOLET RIVER FEST RULES & REGULATIONS.ALL VENDORS MUST READ THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS BEFORE ATTENDING THE PACOLET RIVER FEST Deadline to register and pay is October 3rd, 2024. After this date there will be an additional fee for vendors as follows, $20.00 for food vendors, and $10.00 for craft vendors. 2. Set up time for craft vendors will be from 9am-10am, food vendors will be from 10am-11am the day of the festival. The coordinator will be available starting at 9am ALL VEHICLES need to be out of the area by 11am and cannot re-enter the area until after 6pm. 3. If you arrive outside of the time given above, this may result in your inability to participate. 4. Food vendors must have approval from the Health Department. 5. Records, change, and receipts will be the sole responsibility of the vendor. As a food/beverage vendor, you will need to charge a 2% hospitality tax that will need to be paid to Spartanburg County after the event. Forms and payment information can be found on the Spartanburg County website at www.spartanburgcounty.org. 6. Craft vendors will be given a 12’ x 12’ space to operate. Food vendors will have a 20’ x 20’ space. The space does not include tables, tents or chairs. Vendors are responsible for providing set-up and breakdown for their space. 7. Tents must be weighed down with at least 40lbs per corner. Staking is not allowed. 8. Space assignments are determined prior to the event date and cannot be changed once you arrive. If you need more than one vendor space, you will need to let the event director know when you sign up. 9. Vendor area is to remain clean of debris and trash. Vendor is also responsible for leaving area in condition it was found. The City of Pacolet will not be responsible for losses of any kind, whether by fire, from theft, physical violence, elements of nature or any other cause, however originating. 10. The event committee reserves the right to limit the number of vendors, and number of vendors selling duplicate items. You will submit this application for approval. If approved, you will receive information on payment of your spot. No rain date or refunds! 11. Bathrooms will be provided. 12. This is an Open Market for the commerce of small businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations – NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS. NO POLITICAL SIGNAGE OF ANY KIND. 13. False representation by vendors will result in removal WITHOUT refund. Only items listed on your registration will be allowed for sale. 14.
