Bridge repair is taken care of by either SCDOT or Spartanburg County, depending on who maintains the road. The bridge going over the Pacolet River and the bridge near the Amphitheater are both maintained by SCDOT.
If SCDOT maintains the road, use the following link to make an online request: SCDOT Work Request. Their phone number is 855-467-2368. Current and upcoming SCDOT projects can be viewed on SCDOT’s map.
The Town of Pacolet pays for the street lights within the town limits, but Lockhart Power repairs them in the Pacolet Mills area, and Duke Energy repairs them outside of Pacolet Mills. If you notice a problem with a street light, please contact the Town of Pacolet using the form in the last tab or contact the power companies directly.
