Municipal Court
The Town’s municipal court has jurisdiction over cases arising under all Town ordinances and South Carolina State Statues which fall under the Court’s jurisdiction.
JUDGE:
The Honorable Vicki Rae Smith currently serves as the Pacolet Municipal Judge.
LOCATION:
Municipal court is held at the Pacolet Town Hall located at 180 Montgomery Ave. Pacolet, SC 29372.
DATE:
The court convenes on the second Thursday of each month starting at 9:00 AM, excluding December. The municipal judge sets the dates and times for jury trials, as needed. Court dates are found on citations.
Convenience fees apply with online payments.
You may pay for a ticket in person at the Pacolet Town Hall, located at 180 Montgomery Ave. Pacolet, SC 29372, between 9 AM and 4:30 PM. Please note that we will only accept cash or money order payments in person. The office may be closed during lunch hours.
