Patrick Kay, MSARP, GDDA

Patrick Kay is a native of Anderson, SC and graduated from Wofford College in 2004.  After graduation he worked in real estate development with his father renovating historic properties in Downtown Anderson.  He later worked in Maryland, Ohio, Michigan, and Georgia in community and economic development for cities, non-profits, and development authorities. A Main Street America Revitalization Professional, as well as a Georgia Downtown Development Professional, are two designations that he has achieved.  He is currently living in Spartanburg and taking courses at Clemson University for a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
