Liles Construction and Hames Pro were selected for this project as the lowest responsible bidder.

As prescribed in Article III, Section 3.02 of the Pacolet Municipal Purchasing Ordinance “Any actual or prospective bidder, proposer, or contractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract may protest to the Purchasing Agent.” This must be submitted in writing within ten days after finding out the results of the bid award, but not more than fifteen calendar days after notification of award of the contract.
