11-11-22 Comprehensive Plan RFQ

The Town of Pacolet is requesting a firm’s qualifications to provide a townwide Master Plan of Pacolet. There hasn’t been any type of plan completed in more than 7 years. This plan would be in conjunction with creating a new Comprehensive Plan which will also be posted through a similar process. The Town of Pacolet, with its proximity to Spartanburg and Greenville, along the Pacolet River, and powered in part by Lockhart Power, a 100% green energy source, is poised for new growth and investment.
