New News: Our Pacolet Family got bigger this month. I would like to welcome Pacolet’s new Mayor, Ned Camby, Police Officer- Benjamin Levi, and Police Officer – Tyler Atkins on board. We are excited to have these gentlemen join the team and play a part in continuing to make Pacolet the place we all know and love.
New News: Be on the lookout for a new trash truck to hit the streets during the first of September. To ensure that your trash gets picked up weekly please make sure that all your trash is in bags, and that your trash cans are placed at the edge of the road each week.
New News: We have been blessed with great staff and employees. This past month, 3 of our employees celebrated anniversaries with the Town.

I, personally, would like to thank each of you for your dedicated service to the Town of Pacolet.
Without having dedicated employees, the Town would not be able to function and provide the necessary services to the citizens. If you see an employee out and about, I challenge you to thank them for their continued service to the Town.
Old News: Time is running out to fill out the 2020 census. Enumerators began knocking on doors that have not filled out the census on August 11th. The last day of field data collection is September 30. Self-response options will also close on that date to permit the commencement of data processing. If you have not filled out the census you may do so online at 2020census.gov or by phone. If you have a P.O. Box, the paper census will not be mailed to you. You must wait until an enumerator brings it to your house, or you must fill it out online or by phone. Please encourage others to complete the census as it as extremely important in deciding funding for schools, new roads, and more services for families, older adults, and children.
